Logan turned to see both lycans following him...his eyes widened as the one lycan jumped for him. " oh shit!" he fell backwards instinctivly to dodge the beast as he thrusted his rifle up as a shield , his hands placed on the rifle butt and barrel. he could feel the monster land upon him and its teeth, orignally aimed for the throught clamp down on his rifle barrel. thank god for stainless steel.
he rolled backwards, using the monster momentum. hoping the roll would send the wolf flying in the other direction and leave him standing. " damn you are an ugly bastard " he exclaimed as he rolled with the monster in a deadly sprawl.

The other wolf dared to attempt taking his prey? The beast that was James had kicked a rock, and tripped from it, flying towards the other wolf, and the human. It didn't matter... He was still getting his prey, and maybe teach this strange wolf a lesson he would not soon forget...
